As a Leader in Training (also known as our Operations Manager Trainee), your goal is to master people management out in the field. This hands-on management trainee program is designed to teach you operations from the ground up:

  • Field Operations & Leadership: Learn crew management, schedule work, review timesheets, and manage jobs across educational, corporate, and industrial sites.

  • Hands-On Rotation: Build credibility by working alongside frontline staff in janitorial and specialty services (cleaning, pressure washing, and equipment operation).

  • HR & Safety Management: Gain experience interviewing, onboarding, and coaching frontline staff while executing retention and engagement strategies.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site audits to inspect field work for quality, safety compliance, and completion.

  • Business Exposure: Gain exposure to sales, customer relations, and budget management to build a well-rounded foundation as a future field operations manager.
