We sit at the intersection of defense, robotics, and next-generation autonomy, powering the machines that are changing how militaries, first responders, and industries operate in the field. Our core purpose is simple: connect anyone and anything, at any time, in any place.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable learning from senior leaders and taking on increasingly complex projects
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently
  • Skilled at communicating clearly across teams and departments
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation as levers for improving operations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineering, sales, and ops teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense, hardware, or supply chain-heavy industries
  • Familiarity with Claude, other LLM platforms, or process automation tools
  • Experience with cross-team reporting systems or process design Project management certification or background

Why Join Doodle Labs
