AXIS Rotational Leadership Program

At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, we're developing the next generation of manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering leaders through our AXIS Rotational Leadership Program (RLP).

This immersive development program is designed for ambitious graduates who want accelerated career growth, broad business exposure, and hands-on leadership experience. Through structured rotations, challenging projects, executive visibility, and global collaboration, you'll build the skills and experience needed to become a future leader at Oliver.

Over the course of the program, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including:

  • Manufacturing Operations & Front-Line Leadership
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Sourcing
    • Planning
    • Logistics
    • Warehousing
  • Engineering
    • Process Engineering
    • Program Management

Participants are encouraged to explore functions outside their primary field of study to develop a broader business perspective and stronger leadership capabilities.

You'll also have opportunities to:

  • Lead impactful business projects
  • Work with cross-functional and global teams
  • Build relationships with leaders across the organization
  • Develop technical, operational, and leadership skills
  • Gain visibility with senior leadership

The AXIS Rotational Leadership Program consists of:

  • Four 6-month rotational assignments over two years
  • One additional 12-month placement following the final rotation
  • Opportunities across U.S. and international Oliver facilities

Rotation lengths may be adjusted based on business needs and individual development plans.

High-potential opportunities include:

Flexibility and mobility are essential components of the program. Participants must be willing to:

  • Relocate throughout the program based on business needs
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Accept assignments at various Oliver locations

Qualified participants will receive relocation assistance.

Graduates of the AXIS Program transition into full-time leadership, engineering, operations, or supply chain roles where they can continue building on the experience and capabilities developed during the program.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or expected prior to program start in one of the following disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or related technical or business fields
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Willingness to relocate and travel throughout the program
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Internship, co-op, or work experience in: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Warehousing, Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership through: Campus organizations, Athletics, Community involvement, Volunteer activities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
