Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates and licensed therapists
  • Managing core operational functions including payroll, timekeeping, and daily financial processes
  • Driving sales performance by monitoring metrics, setting goals, and executing strategic plans
  • Overseeing team development, training, and performance management to build a strong, engaged staff
  • Ensuring smooth front desk operations, scheduling efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Tracking KPIs, managing inventory, and preparing reports to support business decisions
  • Acting as a key liaison with upper management to communicate performance and opportunities


Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in retail, service, or a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong operational mindset with experience or exposure to payroll, scheduling, and performance metrics
  • A confident coach who can motivate teams and develop future leaders

Compensation & Benefits:
