This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Support to Information Operations Analyst (Intelligence Analyst 3) to provide advanced analytical support to Information Operations (IO) planning, execution, and assessment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in intelligence analysis, operational integration, and mission support, leveraging five years of relevant experience to inform decision-making at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact mission success by shaping and enabling IO activities across multiple domains.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis in support of Information Operations planning, targeting, and assessment.
  • Provide intelligence-driven recommendations to inform IO strategies, campaigns, and operational planning teams.
  • Develop and deliver intelligence products tailored to commanders, planners, and decision-makers.
  • Identify adversary information activities, capabilities, and vulnerabilities to support counter-IO efforts.
  • Collaborate with joint, interagency, and coalition partners to synchronize intelligence support to IO.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on adversary information environment activities, trends, and emerging threats.
  • Support the integration of intelligence into IO wargaming, and operational rehearsals.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, platforms, and adversary tactics relevant to the information environment.
Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Information Operations, Psychological Operations, Military Deception, or related mission areas.
  • Proficiency in all-source intelligence analysis, production, and dissemination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders and produce clear, actionable intelligence products.
  • Familiarity with joint planning processes and the integration of intelligence into operational planning.

Preferred Requirements
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Information Operations, Psychological Operations, Military Deception, or related mission areas.
  • Joint MILDEC Planners Course or Equivalent
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, or national-level intelligence organizations.
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with Joint Publication 3-13 (Information Operations) and related doctrine.
  • Experience with intelligence tools, databases, and visualization platforms, including but not limited to:
      • Targeting & Intelligence Databases: Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), National Production systems
      • All-Source Fusion & Analysis Tools: Palantir, Analyst Notebook, IC cloud environments, link/node analysis platforms
      • Cyber & Network Analysis Platforms: SIGINT/DNI/DNR exploitation tools, vulnerability and network mapping frameworks
      • Information Environment Monitoring Tools: Social media and open-source exploitation platforms, influence activity tracking systems
      • Visualization & Reporting Tools: ArcGIS, Maltego, and standard IC production/reporting systems
  • Knowledge of adversary information warfare strategies, disinformation campaigns, SAP, and influence operations.
  • Experience working in multinational or interagency environments.
  • Prior military service or direct support to military operations.
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
