Responsibilities

  • Support the management and tracking of real estate and facilities service requests, including repairs, maintenance, and building upkeep.

  • Coordinate service requests with vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up through to resolution.

  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of janitorial services, waste and recycling programs, and other facility maintenance services.

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data to create reports, KPIs, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Environmental teams on various initiatives and projects.

  • Support construction and facility improvement projects, including electrical modifications, equipment installations, and minor repairs.

  • Perform administrative tasks and data entry related to lease administration, as required.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes, standards, and tracking tools.

  • Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currentlypursuingabachelor'sdegreein business administration, engineering, operations management,architecture, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in corporate real estate, building services, facilities management, and construction projects.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is considered an asset.

  • Basic technical knowledge of building systems and facilities operations is an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
