JM Test Systems is lookingfor an experienced, results-driven Division Manager to take ownership of oneofour operating locations with a focus on growing and scaling the business.

This is more than anoperations management role. As Division Manager, you will have responsibilityfor the overall performance and growth of the location, bringing togetherpeople, operations, financial performance, customer relationships, safety, andquality to build a high-performing and scalable business. We’re looking for aleader who can develop people, strengthen operations, drive profitability,identify growth opportunities, and build the structure and processes needed toscale while delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating a strongculture of accountability.

What You’ll Do
  • Own theoverall growth, operational performance, and profitability of thedivision.
  • Developand execute strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and scale thebusiness within the local market.
  • Leaddaily operations while building processes, structure, and capabilitiesthat support future growth.
  • Develop,coach, and lead a high-performing team across technical, administrative,sales, and operational functions.
  • Establishand monitor KPIs, using performance data to identify opportunities anddrive measurable improvements.
  • Partnerwith Sales and other teams to strengthen customer relationships, expandexisting business, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Managebudgets, forecasts, staffing, resources, and operational priorities tosupport short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Driveperformance across quality, safety, productivity, turnaround time, andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Createa culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and strongexecution.
  • Partnerwith corporate leadership and other JM Test Systems locations to executecompany initiatives and support broader organizational growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+years of progressive leadership or management experience, preferablywithin an industrial, technical service, manufacturing, calibration, orsimilar operational environment.
  • Provenexperience leading and growing an operation, business unit, or serviceorganization.
  • Strongbusiness and financial acumen with experience managing revenue,profitability, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstratedability to identify opportunities for growth and build the people,processes, and structure needed to scale.
  • Experiencedeveloping employees, setting expectations, coaching performance, andbuilding accountable teams.
  • Strongcustomer and commercial mindset with the ability to develop relationshipsand support business growth.
  • Abilityto analyze operational and financial data and translate insights intoaction.
  • Strongcommunication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizationalskills.
  • Experiencewithin a quality-driven or regulated environment preferred.
  • Bachelor'sor Associate degree in Business, Operations, a technical discipline, orrelated field preferred; equivalent leadership and industry experiencewill also be considered.
