About the job:
As a Senior Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proficiency and success of our associates in delivering exceptional service in the automotive industry. This position demands a versatile individual capable of facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions. You will focus on operational and/or leadership courses tailored to associate and manager-level roles, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their positions. With periodic travel to various learning hubs, you will deliver engaging training modules that align with our company's vision to "Be America's best place to buy and service cars and trucks."

Job Responsibilities

Training Delivery:


-Facilitate in-person training sessions at designated learning hubs, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment.
-Conduct virtual training sessions using appropriate platforms, catering to the needs of remote associates.
-Deliver operational courses covering various aspects of automotive sales and service, including product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.


Evaluation and Feedback:

- Assess associate performance and comprehension during training sessions through various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, role-plays, and simulations.
-Provide constructive feedback and coaching to associates to support their continuous improvement and development.


Collaboration and Communication:


-Work closely with managers of training, learning and development teams, instructional design teams and operational leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
-Communicate effectively with associates, learning hub staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of training activities.

Travel and Logistics:
-Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for on-site training sessions at different learning hubs.
-Manage logistical aspects of training events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue coordination.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or relative work experience.
-Proven experience in delivering training sessions.
-Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
