Position Summary


  • The Crew Member positionis responsible fordelivering excellent guest service, preparing food and beverages according to Brand standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Crew Members work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests.
  • This role serves as a foundational position within the organization and provides opportunities for skill development and advancement into leadership roles.


Key Responsibilities


  • Greetandserveguests in a friendly, professional, andtimelymanner
  • Prepare food and beveragesin accordance withDunkin'& franchiseestandards
  • Accuratelyoperatepoint-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsat all times
  • Support speed of service and order accuracy goals
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Assistwith opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assignedand directed by aManagersor Management
