Job description

About the Role

Idaho Tents & Events is gearing up for our busiest season, and we’re looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our operations crew for the season.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll rotate between different areas of our operation, supporting both our warehouse team and customer-facing pickup (Will Call). As you grow into the role, you’ll also gain exposure to coordination and intake responsibilities that are key to how our events run smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing event equipment
  • Support customer pickups and returns in our Will Call area
  • Help ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready on time
  • Work across multiple departments depending on daily needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Someone who shows up ready to work and support their teammates
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on your feet and handling physical tasks
  • Team players who take initiative and look for ways to help without being asked
About Our Team

We take pride in the culture we’ve built here. Our team works hard, especially during peak season—but we do it together. When things get busy (and they will), we rely on strong communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to step up for one another.

We’re looking for someone who adds to that environment—someone who enjoys being part of a team, brings a good attitude to work, and contributes to a positive workplace.

 What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay (DOE)
  • Overtime opportunities during peak season
  • A supportive, team-focused work environment
  • Hands-on experience across multiple areas of operations

If you’re looking for a fast-paced, team-driven seasonal role where your work matters and your effort is appreciated, we’d love to hear from you.
