  • Location: Denver, CO

  • Proficiency with MS Office; Experience with dispatching preferred

  • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am 5pm) and (Friday and Saturday 12pm - 8pm)

Summary
Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.
Essential Functions

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones


Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
