Job description

The Marketing Operations Coordinatoris responsible for ensuring that B2B marketing programs and promotions are developed and launched accurately, on time and in collaboration with multiple departments, i.e., Pricing, Merchandise, Marketing, and Sales. More than execution, the Marketing Operations Coordinator is a strategic partner that proactively sets campaigns up for success, identifies risks, and leverages performance insights to continuously improve future initiatives. The position plays a critical role in aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and translating data into actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop and implement marketing programs and promotions that meet and/or exceed company goals.
Monitor active B2B campaign and promotion timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Ensure marketing agreements and promotional details are properly documented and uploaded into required systems.
Review campaign and promotion performance results, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve future campaign planning and execution.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding status updates, changes, and performance insights.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
Marketing degree and/or experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
Strategic thinker.
Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Access, and Word.
Experience in data entry and 10-key.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Must present a professional company image and positive attitude and be comfortable in a TEAM oriented environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to work with multiple departments effectively.
Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs.
DESIRED
Previous experience working in an auto repair shop.
Previous experience working in a retail store.
Significant experience developing and executing successful B2B marketing programs and promotions in the auto aftermarket
