Location: UCHealth Leprino Building AMC - Aurora, CO

Department: Central Access Support Team

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 72,009 - 108,014 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is a hybrid or remote position

Summary:

Provides recommendations for operations across the division and leads projects and their lifecycles as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Offers consultative services, leading the development of project scope, deliverables, and managing project implementation. Takes charge of controlling resources, risk, conflicts, timelines, and costs.
  • Leads meetings with stakeholders to comprehend the current process and optimize workflows. Identifies, secures, and coordinates resources necessary for project success.
  • Takes the lead in creating standardized processes and workflows viable across the region. Acts as a mentor and facilitates conflict resolution.
  • Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of decision trees, templates, and operational workflows to meet organizational objectives.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. 
  • Project management certification

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
