At Keter, we're looking for a Night Shift Operations Supervisor who can confidently lead our manufacturing operation during overnight hours. This role is more than managing a department-it's about overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • SAP experience a plus.
