Position Summary
The Binding Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of an organization's binding operations. The responsibilities include administrative tasks, coordination, and adherence to company policies.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records related to binding activities, including policy issuance and endorsements.
• Assist in coordinating binding processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels of binding materials and reorder as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of binding documents and adherence to standards.
• Work closely with underwriters, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Address operational challenges promptly and proactively.
• Enforce company policies and guidelines within the binding department.
