Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: New Sudbury Centre, Sudbury ON

Pay Rate: $17.60/hr + commission

Requirements: 32-40hr/week availability

  • Interview Process: Our hiring process includes two interview stages. Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a brief initial interview, by phone or virtually. Those candidates that meet role requirements will then be asked to participate in an in-person Store Visit.
  • Background Check: As a part of our hiring process, successful candidates will be required to participate in a backgrounnd check, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What you will accomplish:

  • Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
  • Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
  • Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
  • Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
  • Consistently achieve all key business metrics
  • Offer a best-in-class customer experience
  • Participate in documented coaching conversations
  • Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
  • Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
  • Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
  • Complete all required training modules and tasks
  • Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
  • Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
  • Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
  • Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
  • Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
