We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Operations Associate.
This role responsible for processing import orders for retail customers (heavily focused on Walmart Global) and distributors. You must follow and track shipments using various methods from inception through delivery. Responsible for high profile accounts. Problem solves, define and implement processes to ensure a smooth flow of import programs.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tracking and processing of import orders for retail customers and distributors
  • Responsible for order-to-cash process flow
  • Prepare quotes and provide spec information: dimensions, weight, cubic meters
  • Input sales orders and create purchase orders to factory for import orders
  • Provide factory with detailed workbook and production requirements
  • Responsible for tracking progression of orders to meet shipping deadlines
  • Review terms for each customer and understand document presentation requirements
  • Understand customer testing requirements and approval process
  • Communicate on a regular basis with customers
  • Other duties as required
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports documenting activities, events and action items (Ex: Walmart Retail Link)

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience in sales order processing or import logistics
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with associates throughout all levels of the organization, vendors, and customers
  • English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
  • Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Computer skills: Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
  • Work Environment: General office environment
