Job description

SUMMARY
The Stadium Operations Associate is responsible for the execution of and the enhancement of overall stadium experience by interacting with guests, conducting quality assurance, and continuing our reporting efforts to sustain excellence. This role will introduce various elements of event operations and fan engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions and resolving challenges.
  2. Assist with event setup and breakdown for Stadium events including ticketed events and private functions.
  3. Assist with Designated Driver Activation program.
  4. Assist with prize fulfillment and customer service.
  5. Monitor site operations and provide detailed post event recaps as assigned.
  6. Utilize CMMS system to report operational issues including safety hazards, facility damage, cleanliness issues and other operational deficiencies.
  7. Support internal departments with maintaining efficiencies throughout guest-facing spaces in stadium including Concourses, Premium Club and Suite spaces and other areas as assigned.
  8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior stadium operations experience a plus
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Outgoing personality, highly energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
  • Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Stadium Operations Team in a highly professional manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
