The associate will manage transactions accurately, maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor, and support inventory management activities. Success in this role contributes directly to the store’s sales goals and overall brand reputation. The Retail Sales Associate acts as a key representative of the company, fostering positive relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
