The Senior Securities Services Operations Associate is a part of the Trust & Custody Operations team which provides support to the fast growing Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments. Within the Trust Operations environment, this team interacts with various UMB clients and internal partners to evaluate and process requests for the onboarding of new business, invoicing clients for services, process payment transactions and other duties as assigned. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Trust & Custody Operations team provides a high level of service to our internal & external partners.
These Securities Services Operations Associate Seniors each have a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB to ensure accurate processing requests. The Trust Operations team members are subject matter experts that assist our business partners by delivering a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Securities Services Operations Associate is responsible for processing a variety of duties. This role will focus on client fee schedule evaluation, fee billing setup, account maintenance, and monthly invoice generation This role will also assist with peer review and learn multiple functions within the team. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. Our Securities Services Operations Associate Seniors are motivated to be self-driven and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills while controlling the progression of their career.
The Trust Operations team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. You are valued for who you are in a fun, professional setting. We are medium sized team that works closely together to ensure everyone is successful. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Operations and beyond.
