What You Will Do
PGIM Global Services provides the operations and technology capabilities that help PGIM deliver world-class investment management services globally. The work performed by this team is critical to ensuring the accuracy of PGIM's financial records and investment reporting. Your leadership will help maintain strong controls, support regulatory and accounting requirements, and enable better outcomes for business partners across the enterprise.
In this role, you'll lead a team supporting investment accounting, reporting, and analysis activities across domestic and international businesses. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of asset classes including equities, public and private fixed income, and asset-backed securities, while helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of PGIM's financial reporting and investment records.
You'll partner closely with teams across PGIM, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to support critical reporting activities, drive operational improvements, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
You'll serve as a key partner across the organization, helping deliver accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end results while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.

What You Can Expect
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, creating an environment focused on growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive accurate accounting and reporting of complex investment transactions across multiple asset classes and currencies.
  • Oversee critical reconciliations and accounting activities to ensure investment records and financial reporting remain accurate and compliant.
  • Partner with stakeholders across PGIM, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to resolve issues, support business initiatives, and deliver solutions.
  • A thorough understanding of accounting related to investment activity in the PAM subledger system to ensure balances are in accordance with GAAP & STAT principles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for ensuring trade activity reflected accurately in the PAM accounting system.
  • Review of manual accounting entries to ensure Oracle general ledger is accurate.
  • Review of monthly requests for our various business partners across the company, including international subsidiaries.
  • Lead projects and system enhancement initiatives that strengthen investment accounting capabilities and support future business needs.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring control activities are performed effectively and documentation requirements are met.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in investment operations, investment accounting, finance, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and investment accounting principles.
  • Deep understanding of various investment security types.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering results in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with PAM for Investments, Cognos, Oracle, or similar investment accounting and reporting platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

The salary range for this role is from $115,000 to $128,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
