This leadership role is responsible for managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, networking, telecommunications, and helpdesk operations while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals while fostering a collaborative and service-focused culture.
  • Oversee the daily operations of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and helpdesk functions.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute technology initiatives that support organizational goals while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and the employee and member experience.
