> Technology Assessment and Integration Lead Command Post Technologies, Inc. Technology Assessment and Integration Lead Description The Technology Integration and Assessment Lead is a full-time position supporting Command Post Technologies' development, integration, operation, and continuous evolution of the Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Pilot Site at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, and distributed environments. This position provides analytical, technical, operational, and programmatic support to the MDO leadership team. The role serves as a key technology integrator across experimentation, testing, training, technology development, capability assessment, and strategic planning activities. Operating in an agile environment with evolving requirements, the individual helps synchronize stakeholders, translate operational needs into measurable objectives, assess emerging capabilities, and support execution of priority initiatives. The position combines operational research, systems engineering, assessment methodologies, program coordination, and decision-support functions to enable rapid development and informed decision-making across air, land, maritime, cyber, space, and electromagnetic spectrum operations. Agile Program Support * Assist leadership with identifying, prioritizing, and tracking emerging requirements, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
* Assist in the development of long-term MDO capability roadmaps, experimentation campaigns, and modernization strategies.
* Support an agile capability development environment by adapting assessment approaches, priorities, and analytical efforts as operational requirements evolve.
* Support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative capability development efforts through continuous assessment and stakeholder engagement.
* Maintain a schedule of ongoing projects and synchronize activities across technical, operational, and organizational stakeholders.
* Track action items, milestones, risks, and decisions associated with major initiatives and leadership-directed efforts.
* Support the planning, execution, integration, and assessment of MDO experimentation, testing, training, and technology demonstration activities by coordinating with systems engineers, operators, and mission partners to ensure technical efforts align with operational objectives.
* Develop and implement assessment strategies, Measures of Performance (MOPs), and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) for MDO experimentation, testing, and training events.
* Analyze mission outcomes to identify capability gaps, performance trends, operational risks, and recommendations for improvement.
* Utilize and continuously improve existing analytical tools, dashboards, and visualization capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
* Support the development of operational vignettes, experimentation objectives, and assessment frameworks for MDO events and demonstrations.
* Integrate data from multiple sources to support mission analysis, operational assessments, and strategic planning efforts.
* Support digital engineering, systems engineering, and data-driven decision-making initiatives across the MDO Pilot Site.
* Prepare technical reports, after-action reviews, executive briefings, and assessment products for senior leaders.
* Support capability transition efforts by providing analytical evidence and recommendations for future investments and acquisition decisions. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, engineering, business, or related discipline.
* Experience supporting military, government, testing, experimentation, training, or technology integration efforts.
* Knowledge of systems engineering, operational assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience analyzing information and developing recommendations for leadership.
* Experience planning, coordinating, and executing activities in complex technical or operational environments.
* Familiarity with analytical, visualization, and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
* Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and operate effectively in an agile environment.
* Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred. Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting MDO, JADC2, EW, cyber, test and evaluation, or force modernization efforts.
* Experience with experimentation, rapid prototyping, capability integration, or technology demonstrations.
* Experience supporting senior leaders, strategic planning, or program management activities.
* Familiarity with risk management, capability development, and modernization processes.
* Experience collaborating with government, military, industry, and academic partners.
