Our Cyber Security team is looking for an early-career Consultant with foundational experience in cybersecurity and a strong interest in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) security.

This role is ideal for professionals with 1โ€“3 years of experience (preferably in a consulting environment) who are eager to deepen their expertise in industrial cybersecurity while working alongside seasoned experts. Youโ€™ll gain exposure to OT/ICS environments and contribute to projects that help secure critical infrastructure across sectors like energy, utilities, and manufacturing.


What you will do
  • Assist in cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments using frameworks such as NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, and ISA/IEC 62443.
  • Support development of cybersecurity strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models for industrial environments.
  • Contribute to drafting cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines tailored to OT/ICS requirements.
  • Participate in secure architecture reviews and network segmentation initiatives.
  • Help deliver awareness training and incident response exercises for OT/ICS scenarios.
  • Collaborate with management team on client engagements across energy, utilities, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements impacting OT/ICS environments.

What you bring to the role
  • 1โ€“3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity (consulting experience preferred).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or related field.
