In this position, you will contribute to Accelleron's Bolingbrook, IL Reman Center, by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, focusing on thecontinuous improvement of operations to meet evolving needs of the business and its customers. Through the analysis of performance data, identification ofinefficiencies, and the implementation of strategic solutions, you will support the organization in achieving its goals. This role involves collaboration with various Accelleron teams and departments to foster a culture of Safety, innovation and improvement to ultimately lead to increased productivity, quality, and customersatisfaction.
Your responsibilities:

Projects
Develop, lead, execute, sustain, and standardize process improvementprojects to enhance productivity while meeting safety, quality, and costtargets.
Build a pipeline of process improvement projects.
Document and present improvement projects to the Management Team.
Pilot and report on performance indicators in line with business andbudgetary objectives.

Defend investment budgets (CAPEX) for future improvement projects andsupport the BC build-up.
Provide technical support to operational teams, including analyses, processdevelopment, equipment start-up, and training.
Participate in brainstorming and mapping of new projects.
Adapt to changing requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Apply creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to resolvecomplex issues.

Continuous Improvement
Responsible for the deployment and application of continuousimprovement (including 5S) and problem-solving methods and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead improvement events (emphasis on Efficiencyimprovement, safety/ergonomics enhancement, Process Development andcost saving).

Health, Safety, and Integrity
Applies and adheres to safety rules and safe practices as well asenvironmental responsibilities in daily routine. Reports unsafe practices andincidents.


Your background:
Engineering Degree +5 years of experience or combination ofeducation and experience.
Working knowledge of CAD systems, advanced Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Dynamics.
CNC or automation background a plus.

SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems knowledge preferred.

Project management experience preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/remanufacturing preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability towork in a matrix organization.
Ability to work within cross-functional teams to implementprojects and programs within the organization.

Strong analytical skills using tools such as statistics, downtimetracking, mechanical history, project planning to identifyopportunity areas.
Initiates change and innovation in operations by influencing alllevels of the company, to overcome resistance, find innovativeideas and solidify them with the implementation ofimprovements.

Compensation range for the role:

$86,800 - $119,350, plus bonus
