Are you passionate about Ultrasound and experienced in healthcare sales, with the drive to help improve patient care through innovative solutions? Click apply and join our team in Milan as an Account Manager Ultrasound.

In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the Ultrasound business across the NorthWest area of Italy.

You will promote the full portfolio of Ultrasound solutions, identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and achieve revenue and market share targets in alignment with the national commercial strategy. The role also includes building long-term partnerships with customers and delivering a strong value-based sales approach.

Your role:
  • Manage and develop Ultrasound business across North-West area of Italy, driving sales growth and market penetration within assigned territory.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, private clinics, and strategic customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Promote and sell the Ultrasound portfolio by identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions aligned with clinical and operational requirements.

  • Work in close synergy with broader Ultrasound team to execute the commercial strategy and achieve business objectives.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to maximize growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Application Specialists, Marketing, Service, and Business Support functions to ensure excellent customer experience and execution.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights through regular reporting and CRM management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

  • Support product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions throughout the sales process.

You're the right fit if you have:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in Ultrasound.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the Healthcare sector, with strong preference for direct experience in Ultrasound solutions sales.

  • Proven track record in Ultrasound sales, with the ability to drive business growth, manage complex sales cycles, and achieve commercial targets.

  • A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to build customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Fluency in Italian and English.

  • Valid driving licence and availability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

This is a field-based role, requiringtravel and regular in-person visits at customer sites across the assigned territory.
