Job description

This position supervises the Administrative Department and Warehouse operations to

ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service support, and operational excellence across the organization.


OPERATION MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Logistics and Warehouse functions
  • Develop, propose, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support executive management in planning and executing company operational strategies.

LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION

  • Supervise logistics activities including order processing, shipping, receiving, transportation coordination, and customer delivery schedules
  • Manage relationships with freight carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and staffing to maximize operational efficiency.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Logistics and Warehouse personnel
  • Establish performance expectations and conduct employee evaluations
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate staffing plans, training programs, and employee development initiatives.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure customer needs and delivery commitments are met
  • Act in alignment with company objectives and management directives while driving the resolution of internal operational challenges
  • Take on and complete special projects and company initiatives as assigned by company leadership.

COMPLICANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
