Nous recherchons un associe aux operations pour se joindre a notre equipe de magasin.Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de:

Service a la clientele

  • Controler et traiter avec precision les transactions clients via le systeme de point de vente avec efficacite
  • Recueillir les informations de contact des nouveaux clients et mettre a jour/maintenir les informations et fichiers existants des clients
  • Soutenez toutes les activites du comptoir de service et assurez-vous que le comptoir est propre, organise et bien approvisionne
  • Fournir des services de resolution de base aux clients, en repondant rapidement aux preoccupations et demandes et, au cas approprie, en faisant escalader les problemes
  • Gerer les fonctions quotidiennes de gestion de la caisse (ouvrir/fermer les caisses, preparer les enveloppes de vente et les depots bancaires)
  • Identifiez, signalez et depannez les erreurs ou incoherences courantes

Services OMNI et Execution des commandes

  • Soutien pour le choix des commandes en commerce electronique et IST, afin d'atteindre des taux cibles de retrait unitaire a l'heure
  • Assister aux activites operationnelles de BOPIS
  • Soutien logistique avec les activites sur le plancher (rabais, remise de billets, re-etiquette, etc.)

Entretien des magasins et des marchandises

  • Entretenez le magasin de facon propre et organisee, en veillant a ce que tous les produits respectent les normes
  • Surveiller les articles de retour et reapprovisionner, soutenir le maintien des niveaux globaux de stock.
  • Assistez l'equipe visuelle lors des changements de marchandises saisonnieres, des presentations et de la mise en place d'evenements speciaux, selon les besoins
  • Aider a la preparation et au comptage des inventaires saisonniers

Soutien flexible et travail d'equipe

  • Au besoin, soutenez les clients sur le plancher de vente en repondant aux questions de base
  • Soutien pour les taches quotidiennes et les projets ponctuels

Les candidats retenus devront :

  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'experience en vente au detail, de preference dans un environnement de luxe, dans un role en contact direct avec le client.
  • Experience en expedition, reception, marchandisage, traitement des commandes et gestion des stocks dans un environnement de vente au detail
  • L'experience dans un role en contact direct avec la clientele au comptoir de service, offrant un service a la clientele exceptionnel est preferable.

Operations Associate

Part-Time Permanent

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Store team.In this role you'll be responsible for:

Customer Service

  • Accurately control and process client transactions through the POS system with efficiency
  • Collect new client contact information and update/maintain existing client information and files
  • Support all service desk activities and ensure the desk is clean, organized and well stocked
  • Provide basic client resolution services, addressing concerns and inquiries in a timely manner and when appropriate, escalating issues
  • Manage daily cash handling functions (open/close registers, prepare sales envelopes and bank deposits)
  • Identify, report and troubleshoot common errors/discrepancies

OMNI services & Order Fulfillment

  • Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick rates
  • Assist with BOPIS operations activities
  • Support logistics function with on-the-floor activities (markdowns, re-ticketing, re-tagging, etc.)

Store & Merchandise Maintenance

  • Maintain the store in a neat and organized manner, ensuring all merchandise reflects standards
  • Monitor return items and re-stock, support with maintenance of overall stock levels.
  • Assist visual team with seasonal merchandise changes, displays, and setting up of special events, as required
  • Assist with season inventory preparations and counts

Flex Support & Teamwork

  • When required, support clients on the sales floor by assisting with basic inquiries
  • Support with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Adhere to all Harry Rosen philosophies, processes and standards
  • Deliver consistent and exceptional service through standards
  • Provide cross-functional team support

Successful candidates will require:

  • Aminimum of 2 yearsof retail experience preferably in a luxury environment, in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail environment
  • Experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service is preferred.
  • A strong service orientation - a demonstrated desire to wow our customers!
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage, acknowledge and assist a long line of customers waiting for service
