Adam Goetzka's growing financial planning and wealth management practice that puts clients first and delivers comprehensive financial planning solutions. We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to help support our Wealth Management Team and enhance the overall client experience.


Role Overview:

  • The Operations Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high-quality client experience. This position requires accuracy, organization, and a proactive mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and process paperwork for insurance, investment, and advisory accounts

· Handle client service requests (address updates, banking changes, loan inquiries, etc.)|

· Manage workflow across CRM tasks, emails, calls, and incoming requests

· Coordinate medical/paramedical exams and underwriting requirements

· Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items

· Maintain accurate client records across systems

· Follow up with clients on documentation, payments, and scheduling meetings

· Process returned documents (contracts, applications, transfers)

· Support internal operations projects and team initiatives

· Build strong knowledge of firm services, philosophy, and solutions
