We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position ofGundrill Operatorat Accurate Manufacturing 4.0. Inc.


The Gundrill Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating a multi-axis Gundrill machine while working within tight tolerances to ensure the highest quality product for our customers.


The Gundrill Operator reports directly to the CNC Leader.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting-up, programming and operating multi-axis gundrills
  • Communicating tooling needs
  • Working within tight deadlines and scheduling requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, which includes the machines within their cell


Required Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience programming and operating a Gundrill
  • Lemoine experience an asset
  • Selca controller experience an asset
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to ensure quality standards are upheld
