As a Nurse in our theatres, you'll have the opportunity to rotate across subspecialties, access mentorship, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.ย ย
Whether you're an experienced perioperative nurse looking to shape the future of a growing service, to step into leadership, or are at an early stage in your career - this is your moment. Our team is has a shared vision of clinical excellence, mentorship, and continuity, and we're looking for professionals who want to be part of something meaningful.
You'll need to participate in a 7-day roster, including on-call shifts out of hours, and bring strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindset. Above all, we want someone who sees the bigger picture - inspiring others, lifting standards, and making rural health stronger.
Come and help us create a thriving, forward-thinking perioperative team - and build a career you'll be proud of.
