Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (only eligible for full-time hires)

SHIFTS:

  • 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Full-time)

  • 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Part-time)

Responsibilities of LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse):

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services
