Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthopedic, spine, and joint replacement procedures, providing exceptional patient care in an acute OR setting.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
  • Assist in various surgical procedures including joint replacements, ENT, ortho, spine, urology, vascular, podiatry, thoracic surgery, and plastic surgery.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and maintain patient safety and comfort.
  • Manage patient care responsibilities effectively in both scrub and circulator roles.
  • Adhere to unit policies and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Current RN license.
  • ACLS and BLS certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of current experience in an acute operating room setting.
  • Experience with orthopedic, spine, and joint replacement procedures, specifically knee and hip replacements.
