Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN hospital experience
  • BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • Experience working with DaVinci Robotics
  • Ortho, neurology and vascular experience is highly preferred
  • Prior Meditech experience

  • Orthopedics, GYN, General, Urology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Plastics,
  • Dental, Eyes, Pediatrics, Spine, Neuro, Trauma, TAVR, MAKO, DaVinci

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

  • On-call requirements - We are flexible with either 4-10s or 3-12s. We require one late night/week, 1 working 8 hour Saturday every 4 th week, 1-8hr call shift per month on Saturday or Sunday.
  • 30 minute response time
