Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Operating Room Surgical Aides for Mid Shift at Tenet Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.

Job Overview:
The Surgical Aide (Surgical suite terminal cleaning) may work in any location on client's premises. This individual cleans the surgical suite at the end of the day. Surgical suites include operating rooms, C-section rooms, and other rooms where invasive procedures are involved. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Handling of Biohazard containers
  • Remove all debris from the floor and place it in an appropriate container.
  • Empty trash cans
  • Wipe counters
  • Use a designated vacuum to dust surfaces above shoulder level ( vents, light fixtures, etc.)
  • Spot clean walls
  • Perform other tasks as directed.

Job Qualifications:
  • Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus
  • Medical cleaning is a plus
  • Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening, and Drug Tests required
  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.
