About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to support precision machining and tooling operations within a manufacturing environment specializing in progressive stamping dies and precision machined parts. This role involves programming, setup, operation, and in-process inspection of CNC equipment while managing multiple tooling jobs efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment

  • Machine precision parts according to engineering prints and specifications

  • Manage multiple tooling and machining jobs simultaneously

  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy

  • Maintain tooling, machines, and organized work areas

  • Operate horizontal and vertical turning centers

  • Work with live tooling applications on lathes as needed

  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience

  • Proficiency with GibbsCAM or equivalent CAM software

  • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

  • Experience operating multiple brands of CNC equipment

  • Horizontal and vertical turning center experience required

  • Live tooling lathe experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening


Schedule & Compensation
  • First Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed
