Process Technician 1
Location: Tualatin, Oregon (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
This role involves performing technical tests and experiments for process engineering within a research and development environment. The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up processing equipment, monitoring and auditing line operators, and processing test runs. This position plays a part in identifying yield problems and testing new products by preparing records and results for engineering personnel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering.
  • Conduct the setup of processing equipment.
  • Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators.
  • Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results.
  • Present findings to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
  • Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Experience in a clean room laboratory setting.
