Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Coordinator and provide support and assistance to the Customer Service Engineering organization. This position will support managers and Customer Service Engineers that serve as Project Managers who are assigned to the organizations with the coordination, documentation, procurements, and other activities required to enable the success of major capital projects, as well as small projects, that enable customer projects and interconnections. This position will support project work through the full project lifecycle from requests through planning, design engineering, construction, to energization.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $34.16 and $35.77 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science or other related technical discipline is preferred.
With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 1 year of experience is required.
With a Bachelor's degree not in applicable fields, 3 years of experience is required.
Without a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience is required.
Experience should include direct work experience in project coordination/ control capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote).
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Project and SharePoint, to store, analyze and manipulate data.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the electric utility industry.
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively document technical data.
Ability to store, manipulate, and organize large numbers of files and folders using Microsoft Windows networks or other document management programs.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
