HOTEL NIGHT AUDIT-FRONT DESK PREFERRED

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience seamless service around the clock. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service during the late hours. Duties

  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
  • Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with friendly phone etiquette.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Monitor hotel security systems and perform routine safety checks in accordance with hotel emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to facilitate smooth handovers to morning staff.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and reservation details in multiple languages if applicable.
  • Assist with reservations and modifications using hospitality reservation systems, supporting guest relations and maximizing occupancy.

Qualifications
