Directs Food Services Workers in the performance of their duties and assumes responsibility for the operation of the Food Services Department (as required). What You Will NeedPrior experience as a Cook preferably in a supervisory capacity. Current provincial Safe Food Handling Certificate.A minimum of public-school education is required. High school education is preferred.
