Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Provider or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our patient-focused team.

Requirements:

  • Assists patients with activities of daily living
  • Provides basic care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment 
  • Meets communication needs of the patient/family,
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • C.N.A. must be certified 
  • Current BLS Certification
