Job description

What You Will Do:
  • Work across multiple teams of stakeholders to lead the engagement, management, and technical development of specific open source capabilities
  • Engage with stakeholders both internal and external to the client organization to refine, adjust, and evolve requirements and work to build momentum toward shared objectives
  • Utilize mission-specific and technical knowledge to identify and propose new solutions to constantly-evolving challenges
  • Leverage professional maturity and polished communications style to work with senior leadership and executive-level clients
  • Support organizational management efforts to adapt to ongoing broader organizational realignment and reorganization

What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience supporting national security community or DoD customers
  • Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience with overseeing technical development efforts

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • A Master's degree
  • At least TWELVE (12) years of experience in the national security community
  • Demonstrated experience with open source collections capabilities
  • Professional and polished communications style
