Technical Product Marketing Manager, AI Solutions - Manufacturing & Robotics

Description -

AsTechnical Product Marketing Manager, AI Solutions - Manufacturing & Robotics, you will help drive go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and customer engagement for HP's AI solutions servingmanufacturing, industrial automation, and robotics customers. This role focuses on translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions while helping sales teams position HP AI solutions within manufacturing and robotics organizations.

This is atechnical product marketing rolethat requires hands-on experience with AI technologies, software development, and modern AI workflows. The ideal candidate can understand, build,demonstrate, and communicate AI solutions while partnering closely with sales teams to support customer engagements, proof-of-concepts, technical workshops, and solution evaluations.

You will develop solution narratives that resonate with operations leaders, engineering teams, robotics developers, data scientists, and IT decision-makers. This includes supporting AI infrastructure solutions foron-premises and edge deploymentsthat enable real-time robotics, computer vision, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and industrial AI workflows.

The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude, customer-facing communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations adopt AI technologies to improve productivity, quality, safety, and automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Robotics Solution Marketing

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging for HP's AI training and inference solutions tailored to manufacturing androboticsenvironments.

  • Translate AI infrastructure capabilities, including GPUs, workstations, edge systems, and AI software stacks, into customer-focused value propositions.

  • Create solution messaging and industry-focused marketing assets, including presentations, solution briefs, case studies, and sales tools that address factory reliability, latency requirements, edge deployment, and IP protection concerns.

  • Support awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives focused on manufacturing and robotics buyers.

Go-to-Market & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with senior marketing leaders to execute go-to-market initiatives for manufacturing and robotics solutions.

  • Helpidentifytarget segments, customer personas, and growth opportunities within manufacturing, industrial automation, and robotics markets.

  • Work closely with sales teams to support strategic customer engagements, account planning, industry events, and opportunity development.

  • Support pipeline generation and account expansion through compelling solution storytelling, customer-facing content, and field engagement.

  • Gather customer and field feedback to help refine messaging, enablement, and go-to-market priorities.

Technical Product Expertise & Demo Development

  • Develop hands-onexpertisewith HP AI solutions, including workstations, GPUs, edge systems, AI software environments, and solution architectures.

  • Build, configure, anddemonstrateAI workflows, proof-of-concepts, sample applications, and technical demonstrations relevant to manufacturing and robotics use cases.

  • Create notebooks, scripts, demos, and technical content that help customers understand solution capabilities and business value.

  • Partner with Technical Consultants, Engineering, and Product Management teams tovalidatetechnical messaging and customer use cases.

  • Support customer workshops, technical briefings, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.

  • Stay current on AI frameworks, open-source tooling, robotics development environments, and emerging industrial AI technologies.

Sales, Partner & Ecosystem Enablement

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including playbooks, competitive positioning, customer presentations, reference architectures, and industry talk tracks.

  • Partner directly with sales teams to improve solution positioning, technical readiness, and execution within strategic opportunities.

  • Help educate sales teams on manufacturing, robotics, computer vision, digital twins, edge AI, and predictive maintenance use cases.

  • Support joint go-to-market activities with channel partners, system integrators, ISVs, and ecosystem partners.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct customer, partner, and competitive research, including voice-of-customer activities, toidentifymarket opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Monitor developments across industrial AI, robotics, manufacturing automation, edge computing, and AI infrastructure markets.

  • Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Helpidentifydifferentiators that position HP AI solutions on business value, technical capabilities, and outcomes rather than price alone.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Support launch readiness activities for manufacturing and robotics-focused AI solutions.

  • Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across launches and campaigns.

  • Helpmaintainsales assets, customer references, messaging frameworks, technical content, and enablement materials.

  • Track program performance and contribute to post-launch reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, developer relations, sales engineering, product management, business development, or related go-to-market roles.

  • Hands-on coding experience withPythonand familiarity withSQL, JSON, and YAML.

  • Experience building,modifying, ordemonstratingAI applications, workflows, proof-of-concepts, or technical solutions.

  • Experience working with AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, model training, model deployment, inference environments, agentic frameworks, or developer tools.

  • Familiarity withLinux, Windows, Docker, Git, Jupyter Notebooks, APIs, and AI development environments.

  • Strong technical fluency across AI infrastructure, GPUs, workstations, edge computing, and AI software ecosystems.

  • Ability to build, troubleshoot, ordemonstratetechnical solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to partner closely with sales teams to support customer opportunities, technical workshops, customer evaluations, and solution adoption.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Robotics, manufacturing engineering, AI/ML, computer vision, software development, or data science experienceisa plus.

The pay range for this role is$147,050to$230,850USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
