Duties and Responsibilities
- Take complete charge of all day-to-day operations at the restaurant, including oversight of staff, management of inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff to ensure the restaurant is supported by a knowledgeable and professional team.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for all restaurant activities to guarantee consistent quality and service.
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for work ethics, integrity, and professionalism within the team.
- Oversee financial elements including managing labor and food costs, tracking daily sales, and ensuring overall profitability.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably within a fast-casual or take-out setting.
- Proven track record of effectively hiring, training, and retaining top-quality staff.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and inspire a team, with a decisive and results-driven management approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High levels of personal integrity, professional maturity, and common sense.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and essential financial reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene, including ServSafe certification or similar credentials.
