We are currently hiring for FOH staff - HOST and SERVER.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Use POS system to process orders and payments
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist with guest relations and problem resolution

Skills
- Prior experience in a food service setting is preferred (1-3 years)
- Proficiency with POS is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Excellent customer service and guest services abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Hospitality mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
