  • Provide technical and delivery assurance, intervening in complex or high-risk engagements when required.

  • Define and promote best practices for Microsoft Fabric architecture, governance, security, performance, and cost optimisation.

  • Establish reference architectures, accelerators, reusable patterns, and intellectual property across Fabric workloads.

  • Drive Microsoft partnership engagement, influencing roadmap alignment and joint go-to-market activities.

  • Contribute thought leadership, points of view, and engineering assets to strengthen Avanade's market differentiation.

  • Coach, mentor, and inspire architects and technical leaders across regions, building strong communities of practice.

  • Stay current with emerging Data & AI platform capabilities and integrate innovations into client solutions.

.

  • Management Consulting or Systems Integrator experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, lineage, and metadata management (e.g., Microsoft Purview).

  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data modelling, analytics architectures, and real-time analytics.

  • Experience with performance tuning, capacity management, and cost optimisation in Fabric environments.

  • Familiarity with Databricks, open data formats (Delta Lake, Parquet), and data mesh principles.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators.

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and influencing senior technical and community teams.

  • Proven success building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Microsoft.

About You

  • Passionate about technology and advising clients at a strategic level.

  • Comfortable operating across technical, commercial, and delivery leadership responsibilities.

  • Experienced working with large, complex enterprise clients and globally distributed teams.

  • Able to orchestrate and influence virtual teams to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Background in consultative technical sales, solution architecture, and enterprise delivery.

Enjoy Your Career at Avanade
