Are you ready to disrupt how a Fortune 500 tech company operates? Join the Office of the CEO's Corporate Transformation Team-a fast-moving, autonomous group of innovators tasked with reimagining business processes, driving AI-powered change, and delivering breakthrough solutions for onsemi.
This is not a traditional semiconductor engineering role. We're looking for self-starters, creative technologists, and AI enthusiasts who want to push boundaries, experiment with the art of the possible, and make a real impact. You'll work on high-visibility projects, pilot new technologies, and help transform the way onsemi does business.

  • Rapid Experimentation: Work in short cycles to test, iterate, and scale new ideas. Failure is learning; speed and creativity are valued.
  • CEO/CoS Projects: Collaborate directly with the Office of the CEO on high-priority transformation initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, IT, and operations teams to understand pain points and deliver impactful AI solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends, share insights, and help shape the company's transformation roadmap.
  • Autonomous Teamwork: Operate in a small, agile group with direct access to executive sponsors, reporting directly to the Head of the Office of the CEO. Minimal bureaucracy, maximum creativity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for technology and a drive to make a big impact.

Preferred Skills
  • Internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.

Why Join onsemi's Corporate Transformation Team?
  • Direct access to the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, high-visibility projects.
  • Push the boundaries of AI in a fast-paced environment
  • Culture of innovation, autonomy, and rapid learning.
