Job description

We are seeking experienced, poised, and professional Fine Dining Servers to become an integral part of our team!

Job Summary:

Provide hospitality services, serving food and drinks but also contributing to the experience of the diners. Fine dining servers will meet and welcome customers, seat them swiftly, take drinks orders, provide menus and ensure that all guests needs are met. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and initiative Its a must to meet guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Explain to guests about menu items
  • Clean and prepare the dining areas
  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A "guests first" mentality. We are here to serve
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
  • Previous experience in a full-service, upscale dining restaurant
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
