The Opportunity
As a Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients within our Product Innovation practice. You will be at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, confirming that products meet market demands and drive business growth. Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle of a product, from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, including commercialization and go-to-market planning.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Your growing business acumen will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.
In this role, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery, encouraging others to do the same. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in challenging conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading product management activities from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
- Driving product innovation by combining technical experience with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs
- Managing commercial and internal products, confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth
- Designing and developing product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications to align with business objectives
- Overseeing product lifecycle management, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product ideation and development processes
- Utilizing Agile methodology to streamline product development and improve delivery timelines
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance effectively
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized product solutions
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues, escalating where necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
