Our remote work policy allows for flexibility and adaptability, enabling counselors to contribute to clients' care from a comfortable and convenient setting. While most interactions occur online, counselors also have the option to engage in outpatient office visits as necessary. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and some flexibility may be required to address patient needs efficiently.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients utilizing evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, enhancing the holistic care provided to clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement in therapeutic approaches and outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, promoting engagement and informed decision-making regarding care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to integrate best practices into clinical work effectively.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and various other mental health challenges. Your role will involve not only guiding clients through their individual struggles but also celebrating their progress and achievements throughout their treatment journey.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCS), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused intervention techniques, with the ability to develop tailored approaches that effectively address the specific needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, enabling effective navigation of clinical challenges.
• Experience and success in collaborative environments, valuing the contributions of team members, and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

While all candidates with the aforementioned qualifications are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience conducting therapy in outpatient settings and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or those dealing with trauma, will also be advantageous.
