  • Monitor client trust balances and ensure deposits, transfers, and disbursements are recorded properly.

  • Work closely with attorneys and staff on trust-related transactions, questions, and follow-up needs.

  • Review and process approved third-party payments from trust and escrow accounts with precision and care.

Reconciliations & Financial Controls

  • Support timely resolution of bank reconciliation exceptions and aged reconciling items.

  • Research outstanding deposits, checks, and unidentified transactions to help maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing timely, well-organized documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple bank accounts, online banking tools, and payment platforms.

  • Trust or escrow accounting experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, payment controls, and fraud prevention practices.

  • Strong Excel, reporting, and financial analysis skills, with the ability to turn details into useful insights.
